A local Seattleite for almost 25 years, Emily attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate degree and obtained her law degree at Seattle University. Emily has been an attorney for 15 years, so her understanding of the legal issues involved in a real estate transaction is exceptional. Emily has been legally trained to protect and advocate for her clients. She is a skilled negotiator and understands how to implement legal strategy to win.

Emily has extensive knowledge and experience representing buyers and sellers in vacant land transactions throughout Seattle and Shoreline. She has been successful in representing large groups of sellers, or “assemblages” in development deals. As an attorney, she is comfortable working with the unconventional real estate contracts we often see in land transactions and she understands the legalities involved. She knows how to navigate an off-market land sale successfully and always has her sellers’ best interests at heart.
Emily's longstanding passion for design led her to start an interior design business before transitioning to a career in real estate. Her own home has been showcased in publications and widely shared on social media, highlighting her expertise. This unique skill set adds exceptional value to the services she offers both sellers and buyers.
Emily currently lives in Magnolia and as a mom of two children in the Seattle public school system, Emily is very active in the Seattle community. She has been on the PTSA board for McClure Middle School for several years, specializing in building community engagement for the school. She is also serves as an Ambassador for the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce and is very involved in planning events for her neighborhood. She founded a group called The Seattleite Mom several years ago, which now has a membership of 760 moms. This group has hosted many charity events and has helped local non-profits raise tens of thousands in donations for families in need. Emily's family is also very involved in the sports community here in Seattle. Her husband was a UW intercollegiate athlete and coaches many of their children's sports teams around North Seattle.
